Once created, your pet's web space can be viewed with any computer, tablet or smartphone connected to the Internet, anywhere in the world.

To view a pet's web space, simply search by name on the appropriate page or type the code directly, if known.
With smartphones and tablets, just scan the QR code you have to immediately view the pages dedicated to your pet.

It takes less than five minutes to create a basic MyFluffyMemories Space.
After that, you can continue to add and edit content at any time for as long as you want.

When you create your MyFluffyMemories Space you will be asked to choose a username and password.
Username and password guarantee exclusive access to the reserved editing area of the site. The password will be known only to you and can always be re-transmitted by the system to the email address indicated by you.
Once inside the reserved area you can add photos, texts, videos or modify and delete anything on any page of the MyFluffyMemories Space.
Visitors to your MyFluffyMemories Space can add messages, which appear in the "Thoughts" section, only after your approval.
You also have the ability to edit or remove any message, even after posting.

To protect you from any forgetfulness, the system will send you, to the email address indicated in the registration, two expiry notices, the first two months before the expiry, the second 15 days before, so that you can proceed with the renewal. After the expiration, the MyFluffyMemories Space will no longer be visible, but will be kept on standby by us for a period of six months, during which you can still renew the service and have the MyFluffyMemories Space immediately visible again.
Spaces not renewed after six months of expiry are permanently cancelled.
To avoid forgetting the deadline, we suggest that if you change your email address, you update the new address in your reserved area.

MyFluffyMemories has the utmost respect for your privacy.
The information published, relating to pets, is exclusively that entered voluntarily by you or by agencies on your behalf.
Access to manage the contents is protected by userID and password and you can decide whether to make the memory of your pet visible to everyone or reserve it only for friends and relatives to whom you want to give access, using a password.
If you believe that someone has inserted a space dedicated to your pet without having title to it, please report it to us via the Contact page.

It is only present, if applicable, the name of the agency that provided you with the MyFluffyMemories service.

For all the data and contents of the MyFluffyMemories Spaces, managed on our servers, a daily backup is made, to preserve your memories from any inconvenience.

Payments for MyFluffyMemories services are made via PayPal, and it is possible to use credit cards and prepaid cards such as MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, PostePay, Carta Aura; it is also possible to use the balance of your PayPal account, which can be recharged by bank transfer.
However, it is not necessary to have a PayPal account, which is free, to pay via credit cards or prepaid cards.

Together with the MyFluffyMemories space you are assigned a QR code, (which you can reproduce on everything you want: photos, letters, objects, urn).
Each person can thus, simply by framing the printed QR code with their smartphone or tablet, be connected instantly with the MyFluffyMemories space and view all the content relating to your pet.
In addition, the MyFluffyMeMemories space of your pet can be reached, from any device connected to the Internet, simply by seeking, to myfluffymemories.com address, the name of your pet.

No, the QR code itself has no expiration date and will continue to work indefinitely. However, the MyFluffyMemories Space that you have created for your pet must be renewed at the end of the purchased period (every 5 years).
